V.DUKAL GROUP is an international security, technology and strategic solutions company, formerly operating under the name ASPG CARAVAN.
The Group brings together professionals with extensive experience in maritime security, crisis response, civilian evacuations, international operations, risk management, logistics and work in complex and high-risk environments.
Our operational background began with ASPG CARAVAN, established in 2009 by a group of military reserve officers and security professionals in response to requests from maritime companies facing piracy and armed attacks in the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean and along the coast of Africa.
Today, V.DUKAL GROUP continues this professional legacy while expanding its activities into modern drone technologies, coastal surveillance, private and corporate security, strategic consulting, international logistics, trade and infrastructure solutions. The new corporate identity reflects the development of the company and the expansion of its international activities.
The name has changed, but our experience, professional standards and commitment to our partners remain.
WHO WE ARE
V.DUKAL GROUP is built around a multidisciplinary team of professionals with experience in military and civilian security, maritime operations, international crisis management, logistics, legal coordination and project implementation.
Our specialists have worked in regions affected by piracy, armed conflict, political instability, organized crime and complex operational conditions.
This practical background enables us to understand the real challenges faced by shipping companies, international businesses, infrastructure operators, private clients and organizations working across different jurisdictions.
We do not offer identical solutions to every client. Each assignment is assessed individually, taking into account the location, security environment, applicable legislation, operational requirements and commercial objectives.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Our experience has been developed through real international operations rather than theoretical consulting alone.
Since 2009, members of our team have participated in more than 70 successful security and operational missions in Africa, including maritime security assignments, risk assessment, crisis coordination and operational support for companies and individuals working in challenging environments.
Our specialists have experience in protecting crews, vessels, cargo, personnel, facilities and business operations.
The company’s historical activities have also included support in complex situations involving missing, detained or captured persons, cooperation with legal representatives, diplomatic institutions, authorized local partners and international organizations. All activities are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and, where required, in cooperation with appropriately licensed and authorized partners.
EVACUATION OPERATIONS IN UKRAINE
Following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, ASPG CARAVAN redirected its operational experience, personnel, transport resources and international network to civilian evacuation and humanitarian support.
Under extremely difficult and rapidly changing conditions caused by Russia’s military aggression, our team organized and supported 30 evacuation operations in Ukraine.
Through these operations, approximately 3,000 people were assisted in leaving high-risk areas and reaching safer locations.
Our work included:
- assessment of security conditions and evacuation routes;
- organization of vehicles and transport;
- coordination of drivers and operational teams;
- assistance to civilians, families and foreign nationals;
- communication with local authorities;
- cooperation with international partners;
- adaptation of routes to changing military conditions;
- logistical and humanitarian support during emergency relocation.
These operations demonstrated our team’s ability to act quickly, responsibly and effectively during a large-scale humanitarian and security crisis. The experience gained during the evacuation operations in Ukraine remains an important part of the operational foundation of V.DUKAL GROUP.
